Police are investigating a fatal crash in Duvauchelle on the Banks Peninsula in Canterbury. One person died on the scene after they were hit by a vehicle in a driveway in Bayview Crescent about 4pm, police said. The police’s serious crash unit has been advised, and an investigation is underway.
