KEA Kids News: When will children get the Covid-19 vaccines?

Covid-19 vaccines have begun to be distributed in New Zealand, but most children will be among the last to be immunised. The vaccines were developed at an amazing pace to help adults fight off the virus and there is research underway to triplecheck their safeness for tamariki. In the KEA Kids News video above, University of Otago Covid-19 researcher Amanda Kvalsvig tells nine-year-old reporter Koko Riddering why border workers and elderly people are being targeted for early vaccination.
